Create a 12-month outreach calendar in this format:

Rules:
- Each segment should be contacted at least once per quarter, but NOT with the same type of message each time.

- Only ONE month per quarter should include a referral ask. The other months should be pure value or personal connection.
- Every message must be under 75 words and sound like it came from a real person, not a drip campaign.
